Creating a floor plan is the best way to start a home design project of any sort and they can be used to communicate your ideas to a contractor to aid in scope and pricing. 


Floor plans can be used for estate agent listings, planning applications, lease plans and more. Greener Consultants can provide both 2D and 3D floor plans as well as create walk through videos if required. We would firstly come to visit you to measure up your existing floor plans or discuss your requirements for new build plans then we would complete the scaled drawings promptly after the survey.


Our plans will typically illustrate the overall layout, location of walls, doors, windows and any other prominent features and will include key dimensions of lengths and areas. We can also include any furniture you would like modelled and even locations of electrical components, lights, whatever you need.
