Greener Consultants ​were asked to provide ​Land Registry Compliant Plans for our clients' solicitors at this site in ​Weston-Super-Mare. 

​Our client ​had a large property which was previously two properties that ​they wanted to split back into two properties so that they could sell one of the properties and clearly define the boundaries between the two sides of the dwelling. A detailed measured survey was required for solicitors to submit to Land Registry so that the building amendments could take place and the sale could be made. 

​Greener Consultants completed the measured survey of the property ​within a few days of enquiry and the accurate, high quality plans were created the next day. We pride ourselves on our efficiency and appreciate the need for speedy responses ​during legal processes so our client was very pleased with the service they received.
