Waste to Energy Development: 

Greener Consultants were tasked with producing the planning, legal and environment agency plans for this large waste to energy development in Melton, Hull. 

The scheme was built on an existing operational industrial estate and due to the nature of the development, the environmental agency were involved from the early stages and various hoops needed to be jumped through to produce a viable solution for all parties. Waste storage, contamination strategies and fire detection strategies had to be carefully thought out to ensure the plant could be operated safely. 

We are pleased to say thanks to our full suite of plans that appeased the planners, the site has gained planning permission and is currently under construction.
