Greener Consultants ​were asked to provide ​Land Registry Compliant Plans for our clients' solicitors at this site in Ashton Vale, Bristol. 

​Our client owned two adjacent properties on the same parcel of land and were in the process of selling one of the properties meaning the land had to be split for legal purposes and the boundaries needed to be clearly defined. Floor plans needed to be drawn up as per the solicitors required therefore a measured survey was undertaken. 

The client needed the plans urgently to complete the sale so Greener Consultants completed the measured survey of the property the following day from enquiry and the plans were created the next day. We pride ourselves on our efficiency and appreciate the need for speedy responses ​during legal processes so our client was very pleased with the service they received.
