Loft Conversion & Hip to Gable Conversion:
Greener Consultants have just submitted planning for this new Bristol loft conversion and hip to gable conversion project on Muller Road to increase the growing family's living space.
We produced various design options for the client to maximise the loft space and minimise the impact on the first floor layout as well as making sure the construction would be kept simple and economically viable.
The proposed building amendments include a new building regs compliant staircase up to the loft, a new dormer extension stretching the whole width of the back elevation as well as new velux windows to the front elevation and new window on the gable end which is changing from a hipped roof to a gable end.
We produced all the necessary drawings for planning and submitted the application on the clients' behalf. Building regulations drawings and structural drawings will also be provided once permission is granted.
