THE PROCESS


We would first survey the property in order to produce existing floor plans and elevations. During this we will discuss what you want from the development and any particular hurdles we envisage. We can then analyse how to optimise the design to get the best solution for your money and one that is most likely to gain permission. Next we assess the access requirements, check for any rights of way and any other site constraints. Finally, we create the various plans required for planning permission or permitted development. 


We would typically produce a Site Location Plan and Block Plan showing the site along with existing and proposed floor plans and elevational drawings. This would typically be enough but if we feel any further drawings are required we will work together to ensure you have everything you need.
